Because Groom Guru operates a small-group daycare, every new enrolment is carefully assessed to provide your dog with the best care. This form allows us to better understand your dog's individual needs. It helps us determine whether daycare is the right fit, and allows us to ensure we maintain a safe, calm and positive environment for all the dogs in our care.

Before applying, please note that all dogs must have up-to-date primary vaccinations and must be spayed or neutered, in line with our Daycare Licensing requirements.

Puppies who are not yet spayed or neutered are welcome. However your puppy reaches around 6 months of age and if permitted by your vet, the puppy must be spayed or neutered to continue attending daycare. If behaviours associated with elevated hormone levels arise earlier, daycare attendance may need to pause until the puppy is spayed or neutered.
